Kshema General Insurance Limited solicits and services insurance business only through individuals and entities that hold a valid appointment from the Company and, where the law requires one, a valid IRDAI registration or licence.
Where an agent, corporate agent, broker, point-of-sales person or other intermediary is found to have acted against the interests of policyholders or in breach of the Insurance Act, 1938 or the IRDAI regulations made under it, the Company terminates the appointment and records that person or entity as blacklisted. Grounds include misappropriation of premium, submission of forged or fabricated proposal or claim documents, mis-selling or misrepresentation of cover, unauthorised collection of cash, impersonation of the Company or its officers, and any other conduct that the Company determines to be fraudulent.

This register is published so that the public can check it before dealing with anyone who claims to represent the Company. A person whose name appears below has no authority of any kind to act for Kshema, and the Company accepts no liability for any amount paid to them or any assurance given by them.
Before paying a premium or handing over any document, please verify the person you are dealing with. Premium is payable only to Kshema General Insurance Limited - never in cash to an individual, and never into a personal bank account. The status of an agent or intermediary can be confirmed on 1800 572 3013 (toll-free) or at info@kshema.co, and any suspicious approach should be reported through the same channels or through the Company’s Grievance Redressal process.
