Policy Servicing Timelines

The table below sets out the service standards Kshema General Insurance Limited works to for the policy servicing requests it receives most often. Each standard runs from the point at which the Company has received a complete request together with every document needed to act on it, and is stated in calendar days unless the row says otherwise.

Where the IRDAI prescribes a turnaround time for a service, the prescribed period applies and prevails over the standard shown here. Government-sponsored crop insurance schemes follow the turnaround times set out in their own operational guidelines.
